The "Users" agree to submit to the laws and competent courts in Mexico City, to settle any controversy with "Enigma Rooms", waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future addresses, or for any other reason.
USE OF ENIGMA ROOMS SERVICES AND APPLICABLE POLICIES
Currency and inclusion
The costs and prices of the services offered on the "Site" are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXP) without prejudice to the fact that they may also be expressed in United States dollars. The payment of the established price will give rise to the "Users" to make use for 60 (sixty) minutes in the facilities of "Enigma Rooms" that is chosen from any of the escape rooms that are provided in said facilities
Deposit and payment method
To make use of the services provided by "Enigma Rooms", it is necessary to capture the details of a credit or debit card as a guarantee. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
The full amount of the service will be covered directly in the “Enigma Rooms” facilities where the reservation has been made before entering the selected Enigma Room®. "Enigma Rooms" accepts as valid forms of payment: Cash and Credit / Debit Cards MasterCard and Visa.
A cancellation charge of $ 700 (PESOS 00/100 M.N.) will be applied in cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
There is no cancellation charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
The "Users" accept that in the event of disputing or not recognizing the cancellation charge, there will be a conventional penalty of $ 15,000 (one thousand PESOS 00/100 M.N.) in favor of "Enigma Rooms" charged to their card.
Anticipation
"Enigma Rooms" provides live entertainment, so it is essential to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the reserved and assigned time. In the event that the "Users" do not arrive at the facilities of "Enigma Rooms" with the anticipation indicated above, "Enigma Rooms" will not allow access to its facilities and will not be obliged to provide and / or provide the corresponding service. been hired, this without liability of any kind for "Enigma Rooms".
Cancellation policy

Terms of use
To receive the contracted services and be able to enter the escape rooms offered by "Enigma Rooms" it is necessary that the "Users" strictly comply with the following conditions of use:

These rules are:
- Do not enter under the influence of any type of drug or alcoholic beverage
- Do not enter objects external to the experience such as tools, light sources, video recorder or camera, weapons or any other object not provided by Enigma Rooms
- Forbidden to enter with cell phones
- Follow all directions given by Enigma Rooms staff
- Show a behavior of respect and tolerance towards the rest of the people who are within the facilities of “Enigma Rooms”
- Do not climb or climb on furniture
- Do not use excessive force do not break anything

- DO NOT TOUCH OR AGAINST THE ENIGMA ROOMS STAFF FOR ANY REASON
- You must wear full safety gear at all times.I agree as a User or Participant to immediately inform any Enigma Rooms employee of any emergency that occurs within the facilities
- I agree as a User or Participant not to file any type of claim, action, lawsuit or judgment against Enigma Rooms due to my participation in any of the services provided by the company
- I agree as a User or Participant to pay Enigma Rooms any damage to the facilities caused in a negligent, reckless or careless manner by me or my team
- I acknowledge as a User or Participant that I sign this agreement and rules free of any vice of consent and under my absolute responsibility
- I agree not to copy, reproduce, record, or use any ideas or experiences from Enigma Rooms for any commercial or non-commercial purpose
- Due to the nature of the experience, the user must understand that participation in this attraction can be inherently dangerous, activities that can represent severe physical damage to the "Users", so that the "Users" access it, under their stricter responsibility. By entering, you will voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury, even death
- Our policies are zero tolerance, any violation of the stipulated rules will be cause for the immediate termination of the experience, without returns

3.- "Enigma Rooms" reserves at all times the right, without any responsibility, to prohibit or prevent the entry to its facilities to any person who in its opinion is not in physical, mental or health conditions to comply with the indications and rules of the games. Likewise, "Users" expressly accept that "Enigma Rooms" may request to leave its facilities and even use public force to remove from its facilities all those people who do not comply with the rules, indications, norms and prohibitions applicable in the respective games. In these cases, no amount will be refunded to the "Users"
4.- Due to the dynamics of the games and escape rooms of "Enigma Rooms", said games and escape rooms must remain closed, without implying the deprivation of the freedom of any of the "Users", since all Participants can leave at the time that best suits them and so they wish, for which there is one being included a key, code or emergency stop according to experience, so they define and release from any type of responsibility in this regard to "Enigma Rooms".
5.- "Enigma Rooms" is not responsible for any type of accident or physical or moral damage that "Users" may suffer within its facilities, for which "Users" state that they do not reserve any action or right that claim to "Enigma Rooms" in this regard and delimit it and release it from any type of responsibility in this regard.
6.- All minors under eighteen (18) years of age who participate in the experiences within the “Enigma Rooms” facilities must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for the minor.
7.- Any damage caused to the goods and facilities of “Enigma Rooms” will be covered by the “Users” who cause them, authorizing, where appropriate, “Enigma Rooms” to charge the amount of said damages to the credit card / debit with which the service has been covered. Likewise, "Users" may be subject to the sanctions established in the applicable legal provisions in the event of causing damage to the facilities of "Enigma Rooms".
8.- "Enigma Rooms" will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any type of property owned or used by "Users" in the development of the game or within the facilities of "Enigma Rooms".
Limit of liability
"Enigma Rooms" will in no case be liable for damages arising from the use of its facilities and participation of "Users" in them and in the respective escape rooms, including, without limitation, loss of objects, damage of own goods, etc.
